Shipping policy

Our processing time is 4-5 working days.

We ship our domestic orders via Elta Courier, Box Now and Pengu.

For our international orders we also use standard Fedex service. This means that you have to sign in order to retrieve your package.

FEDEX courier shipping is also available worldwide.

Our delivery times at the moment are: 

Domestic shipping: 1-5 working days

European shipping : 1-8 working days

USA, Canada and Australia shipping : 3-10 working days

Rest Of The World : 5-10 working days

If you need your order by a particular time please allow an extra week or so to enable as best as possible arrival in time for your date.

Please note: Postal estimates are a guideline and not a guarantee of arrival time as nothing is an absolute when it comes to the postal system, and shipping can go over the estimates. Shipping estimates do not take into consideration inclement weather, transport break downs, holidays season and other factors that could cause delivery delays

Picking "Courier Shipping" as a delivery option will mean that your order will arrive between 2-4 working days in USA , Canada and Europe and 6-8 working days to Australia and the Other Countries since the shipping date.

 Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

At this time, all orders to the United States are shipped exclusively with FedEx Express Courier to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please be aware that due to the recent introduction of U.S. tariffs on certain imported goods, some American customers may be required to pay additional customs fees when their order arrives.
To ensure transparency, we will contact every U.S. customer after an order is placed to provide information about these possible fees.
If you agree to proceed, please note that once your package has entered U.S. customs, cancellations or refusals to accept delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
