Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
At Bohemian Summer Tales, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions described below.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned products, including the standard cost of delivery where required by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with our return instructions.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may not apply, to certain categories of products, including:
Personalized Jewelry
Jewelry that has been customized, engraved, personalized, resized, or otherwise manufactured according to your individual specifications.
Custom-Made Products
Products that have been made specifically for you or produced according to your personal requirements and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.
Discounted and Clearance Items
Certain heavily discounted, clearance, final-sale, or promotional products may be excluded from returns and withdrawals where permitted by applicable law. Any such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes contain a selection of surprise products chosen by us from previous collections and promotional stock.
Due to the nature of these products, Mystery Boxes are not eligible for our voluntary returns or exchange policy.
However, nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal under European consumer protection laws.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. We reserve the right to reduce any refund where permitted by law if returned products show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Bohemian Summer Tales. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.
